What do you want to have for your birthday and why?

Oh,,. I’m feeling like a beauty contestant with this question, in trembling lips talking to the mic and smiling ears to ears …. I thank you… oppss, I have not answered the question yet.

Well, as most of these ladies start their answers, what I want to have for my birthday is world peace, LOL! … But jokingly aside, I already forgot when was the last birthday celebration I had, I just had my, oh, where’s the calculator, that’s 2010-1972=38, yes 38 years in this planet last March and I’m feeling like I have done anything yet.

To categorize my answer, Oh, don’t take it like I’m giving an exam here, this is just to put things in perspective;

Materially? I want a dslr camera, for quite sometime, after my youngest son mistakenly submerges in a pail of water my Canon IXUS, I didn’t get a decent camera anymore, Why? Because I’m maintaining Anything Davao, that’s my photoblog so I badly need it, and note that camera and blogging are today’s indissoluble marriage that’s for sure what I wanted for my birthday.

Semi-materially? I want to travel to Prague or Russia, to me, a place so romantic, so culturally rich. It’s really my dream, I don’t care if it’s with my family or me alone, but someday, and somehow this heart’s desire of mine will come true. God willing, cross my finger nails…. Hahaha! Why? So I can write more, more travel more inspiration to write.

Non-materially? I want to have a healthy family, both physically and mentally. Why? Oh, this saves my blogging earnings da’lin’, bills pile up my desk every 15th and 3oth, and I don’t want to be mentally derailed paying another hospital bill.
