The classic American luxury
Back in the 80’s I remember my mother used to have a penpal, I mean that was the ‘friend trend’ on that circa, you have to write in cursive by heart and wait for some 30-40 days before the receiving party would finally read one’s outpouring emotions that happened 40 days back.
Anyway, that’s not what I’m supposed to write, I mean this American penpal of my mother used to send us photos of them traveling in their motorhome up the mountains of Alabama. I wonder how they go along with their motorhome insurance during that time. But I think they had it all-covered for their peace of mine.
Anyway, for someone who has lived in a country where motorhomes are not often, I mean not really part of our everydayness, one can really speak, wow, these people sure had a time of their lives, imagine a car with everything you need inside? That’s quiet a comfort when traveling.
Not until the recent recession in the US where those that were severely affected were housed on moving RVs like this. But while it was temporary, I think getting a motorhome had its payback, it can serve as a safety net in times of economic perils.
But on the other hand, I was wondering when will I be able to ride a car with my home inside, awesome!
